This fucking scene, you guys.  The strength of character it takes her to stand up and not just say these words, but for them to have come from her heart.

She’s just been confronted by all the people that she’s already seen die once and she had to fight them, they were leveling their attacks at her, and she had to blow them away.  She had to do that herself, with her own power.  So, she’s seen them all die TWICE now, in a really short period of time, she’s all alone, she’s the only one standing up to Sailor Galaxia.

And she doesn’t waver or cry, even though it would have been fine to do both.  She’s probably scared, her heart is probably hammering away in her chest, maybe even her hands are shaking a little.  But what doesn’t waver is her knowledge that her power is not fueled by hatred, that her friends will be there for her.  She believes in them and the future they’re going to create together.

I could just cry from how much I love Usagi’s strength in this moment.  This girl, who cried in the beginning, who killed herself in a past life because she couldn’t handle seeing her beloved die, who couldn’t live without others’ strength to prop her up.  But now she’s the strength that will save them.  She still dearly loves her friends, but she’ll get them back now, she’ll keep fighting for them.

Tsukino Usagi started as someone who was entirely, understandably frightened out of her mind at the events in her life.  But she grew up and she found her strength and I love her the most.  Above all others, she is truly my Forever Girl.

I love the Stars manga more than anything else. I really want the feel of Stars in the new anime to be the same as the manga. PLEASE
