It depends on the pic honestly
But yeah, she is guilty of whitewashing in quite a few, and though she’s usually darker than the other Senshi, pluto is never quite as dark as she looks in the manga b and w. TBH Naoko was hella inconsistent with her coloring to begin with, often switching up haircolor or whatever color- an unfortunately, this applied to Setsuna’s skin tone in the pics, and I don’t think Naoko considered the unfortunate implications there. Sailorfailures made an interesting post on it a while back.
However, the manga b and w makes it clear she’s meant to be dark, so I hope the new anime follows that rather than the paler pics.

Usagi: Hufflepuff. helping people, nurturing. She’s not the charge into battle type but it’s her loyalty to her friends that spurs her on.
Mamoru: He of the chivalry and martyrdom and ridic speeches, yeah gryff.
Chibiusa: She IS the charge into battle hotheaded type, so Gryffindor too.
Ami: Ravenclaw. Sailor Senshi of Wisdom come on.
Rei: Gryffindor. SAILOR SENSHI OF WAR AND PASSION!!!
Makoto: Gryffindor. Sailor Senshi of Courage and Protection IT’S ALL IN THEIR NAMES.
Minako: Slytherin. Girl is ambitious to the point where she can disregard others on occasion. She’s loyal to a fault, but she’ll eliminate people who threaten her people without hesitation. And she loves being top dog.
Michiru: Ravenclaw. She’s driven in academic stuff and swimming and dislikes being condescended to on those fronts, but she doesn’t need to win.
Haruka: Gryffindor actually? She’s stubborn, conceited, into martyring herself, hotheaded as much as she tries to deny it, and she started out v. idealistic.
Hotaru: I see her as a Hufflepuff? She’s so loyal and dedicated to those she cares about, even if she isn’t the charge into battle type herself. And she wants to be a nurse- healings a v. Hufflepuff occupation.
Setsuna: I see her as another Hufflepuff, she’s all about duty and loyalty but she loves being around people, especially children. I mean, she DID become a nurse.
