That is the one thing I really wanted :DDDDD

(well also translation notes etc but the names is the most important bit)

I’m almost 100% sure, especially since they referred to her by her real name in the press release and this, plus Kodansha is headed by peeps who did the original Japanese release. They mentioned including translation notes as well in the press release. Recent manga releases have been very good about not messing with names and other important cultural bits and I’m optimistic about this as they’ve already said they’re not touching the art. I think it’s very likely this will be in the vein of the recent Cardcaptor Sakura omnibus release and others- honorifics kept in with translation notes (especially since Usagi and Mamoru have nicknames for each other etc), sound effects left alone so as not to mess with the art too much with translations written beside it or included in a glossary in the back, and any cultural references explained in notes rather than taken out.
