fyeahlilbitoeverything: I just wanted to say, it pisses me off that DC is moving one step forward but then two steps backwards.

It's very encouraging to see non-white heroes getting pushed here. John Stewart is still headlining Green Lantern Corps, Voodoo is getting a title, Cyborg is in the JLA, Vixen and August General are on the JLI, and Katana looks to be on the Birds of Prey. And then of course Mr. Terrific is getting his own series and Jason Rusch is still Firestorm.

But at the same time, I find it troubling that this was done to Barbara. I hate playing the "Which group has suffered more?" game, but as piss-poor as minoritiy representations in comics are, it's even worse to find people with disabilties. And the thought that this might actually retcon Cassandra Cain, the character who had the longest running POC-starring series in history, is really disgusting to me.

So congrats DC. I'm not boycotting you, but you've very quickly helped me decide to cut down my pull list.
